January Favourites

Today's post is all about what products I have been loving this January. I will try to do one of these every month but if a lot of products keep making appearances, then I might only feature favourite posts every so often when there is enough new things to talk about! Let me know in the comments if you have tried any of these products or any recommendations you have for me to try!

Soap & Glory Archery Brow Tint and Pencil
Due to having naturally thick dark brows and wearing glasses, filling in my eyebrows was just something I never did. I have dabbled in eyebrow-filling in before with eye shadows but I never really committed.. until now! I am obsessed with the Soap and Glory Archery but most specifically the Brow Tint end. The pencil end on mine doesn't work but I think I just picked up one that had been accidentally dried out. I love how the brow tint pen gives my brows a lovely finish and doesn't make them look like I took a brown felt tip to my eye brow. I am fully converted to filling in brows. Check it out here (and it is currently part of a 3 for 2 offer on the Boots website!)

Jack Wills Hope Cove Ladies Body Mist
Now anyone who knows me will know that I only really wear one fragrance - my beloved Chloe! However, as Chloe is very expensive and I can go through it in a very short amount of time I decided that I should start saving that for nights out and other special occasions. I received the Jack Wills body mist as part of the Jack Wills Hope Cove themed bath and body set from my grandparents for Christmas and I have found my new day fragrance. Now it is probably because it has a slightly similar scent to Chloe and the Ralph Lauren Polo Black (a men's fragrance that I love the smell of!) but whatever! I could only find links for the Body Mist on Amazon or Ebay so you might have to do a little digging if you are interested in this. Also please ignore the folded up cotton pad underneath the bottle in the photo - I didn't have any blue-tac and it was the only way to stop it rolling off!

Rimmel London Exaggerate Lip Liner in Eastend Snob
Another makeup trend that I only used to do when I was going out in the evening was lining my lips. Even then it would be a red lip liner underneath a red lipstick. However, since moving off campus, I like to maximise my time when I am on my university campus and I find that I don't want to wear my usual bright/dark lipsticks because I don't want to have to deal with being super careful when eating. I love the red version of this lip liner so I went to straight to the Rimmel section of Boots to find a neutral lip liner. I love wearing this liner underneath my three nude-ish lipsticks that I own or just on its own. I also found that this was the drugstore lip liner that many bloggers were raving about for a drugstore Kylie Jenner lip pencil! Get it here!

Sleek Contour Kit
I am a big bronzer girl and I had wanted to try the Sleek Contour Kit for so long but had never bought it but I have now caved but with the blusher included and I love it! It is still called the Contour Kit but the only difference is that is has a blusher as well. The contour shade is the only bronzer I own that is not even slightly orange toned (but that isn't a problem for me as I have a more yellow undertone to my skin). I love using the Real Techniques duo-fiber brush from the Nic's Picks collection to apply this and the combination gives the most flawless contour in my opinion. I also like the blush and highlighter that comes in this particular version of the kit but the standout winner of the three is the contour shade! Check out the Contour kit that includes the blush shade here and the original contour kit here!

Sanctuary Spa 5 Minute Thermal Detox Mask
Now as I have blog posts already up on the next two products I won't babble on for to long as you can check those posts out for a more in depth review. I love how my skin feels after using this mask and am still impressed that it only needs 5 minutes and my skin feels so fresh and clean but check out the blog post here for more info!

Superfacialist by Una Brennan Vitamin C+ Brighten Skin Renew Cleansing Oil
This purchase was all down to Anna from ViviannaDoesMakeup and I have fallen in love with this cleanser. It leaves your face feeling clean, moisturised and glowy all at the same time! It also has a yummy citrus-y smell that I really love! Again, here is the full blog post for further rambling!
