Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- 1 handful of frozen strawberries
- 1 medjool date, pitted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- A couple table spoons of dairy-free vanilla yoghurt (I used Alpro's dairy-free vanilla yoghurt and it tastes exactly like normal vanilla yoghurt)
- Coconut milk
Method
- Put your frozen fruit into a food processor (I found this easier to blend than a blender)
- Add your date, oats, chia seeds and oats
- Add your vanilla yoghurt
- Add a little coconut milk before blending (you might want to add more to help blend)
- Blend to your preferred consistency
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings - I added some more banana, chia seeds and some granola!
