Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of frozen blueberries
- 1 handful of raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp strawberry yoghurt
- 150ml coconut milk
Method
- Put the frozen blueberries (and frozen raspberries if you are using them) into the blender first so it can defrost a little in case your blender isn't super powerful
- Add in a chopped up banana and the raspberries if you are using them fresh
- Add two tablespoons of strawberry yoghurt and one tablespoon of honey - I put my spoon in some boiling water first and then measure out the honey with the now hot spoon, it just slides off the spoon so much easier
- Pour in the coconut milk and then add the chia seeds
- Blend away until all the fruit, especially the frozen fruit, is all blended
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
