Ingredients
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1 handful of frozen mango
- 1 handful of frozen peaches and nectarines
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for decoration)
- 2 heaped tablespoons of tropical yoghurt (I used Mango & Vanilla but any tropical yoghurt will work)
- Coconut milk
- Pineapple juice
Method
- Put your frozen fruit into a food processor (I found this easier to blend than a blender)
- Add your oats
- Add your tropical yoghurt
- Add a little coconut milk and pineapple juice to add flavour and help blend (you might want to add more to help blend)
- Blend to your preferred consistency
- Pour into a bowl and top with chia seeds in a pumpkin face design - I could not find a stencil to use that was not too big or made of paper. What I had to do is bend a star biscuit cutter slightly out of shape to make the mouth stencil and then just used a spoon to pour some chia seeds into the bowls to make the eyes.
I hope you guys enjoy this smoothie bowl recipe and I would definitely love to see if any of you re-create this smoothie bowl or just make your own Halloween-inspired smoothie bowl! Tag me on Instagram (ellynrebeccaxo) in the photos so I can see them.

Ah this is such a fun recipe, and I like the decoration, it’s really festive for Halloween. A few people have done sweet recipes for Halloween, so it’s nice to see something a little healthier! :-) xx
